Our team takes pride in getting products into our customer's hands as quickly as possible. Therefore, we will make every effort to ensure that all our in-stock orders are shipped as promptly as possible.
- For UPS orders, our same day soft cut-off time is 3:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
- For USPS orders, our same day soft cut-off time is 1:00 pm Eastern Standard Time.
UPS - Following is an estimated UPS ground shipping map as provided for our shipping location by UPS. Orders shipped via UPS ground will typically arrive to most locations in 2 to 7 days dependent upon your shipping zone & location. Please note that shipping transit days do not include the day of shipment and that any express shipping methods applies only to the date that your order is ready to ship, not from the date of order. We understand that when a customer pays for express shipping (ie. Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3rd Day) that they likely need the product in a rush. Therefore, we will make every effort to ensure a prompt shipment, but please understand that occasionally circumstances may dictate otherwise.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Gorilla 911 than you may simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of the receipt of the same. A RETURN AUTHORIZATION Number (or RA#) is required for all returns. You may obtain an RA number by calling us at 910.579.5050. All returned items must be unused and must be returned in their original packaging with any and all original documentation. Refund's excluding the original delivery charge are typically processed within 7 days of receipt of the item. Alternatively, if preferred we can exchange the item or issue a store credit.
It is imperative to know that...
- Goods will only be accepted for return if they are shipped from you within 14 days of delivery, unless we have provided you with a written notice stating otherwise.
- The RA# should be printed on the side of the box. Any return received without an RA# may be refused.
- Returns shall be in the same condition as received and should be accompanied by your RA#, name, address and a brief explanation for the reason for return.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send it using a delivery service that tracks the item and insures you for the value should it be lost in transit.
- The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
- Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
- Returns not meeting the above conditions will not be accepted as valid and may not be refunded.
